One-Year Limited Warranty

WARRANTY COVERAGE

International Water Management Systems, LLC offers a warranty for all of its manufactured products, limited to the terms set forth below:

International Water Management Systems, LLC (“IWMS”) warrants its manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by International Water Management Systems, LLC within the Warranty Period, at its option, “IWMS” will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by “IWMS” after the first one hundred and eighty (180) days of the Warranty Period, shipping and handling charge will apply to any repair or exchange of the product undertaken by International Water Management Systems, LLC.

International Water Management Systems, LLC warrants replacement products or parts provided under this warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the replacement or repair for ninety (90) days or for the remaining portion of the original product's warranty, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes the property of International Water Management Systems, LLC. When a refund is given, your product becomes the property of International Water Management Systems, LLC.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to those products manufactured by or for International Water Management Systems, LLC that can be identified by the “IWMS” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-”IWMS” hardware product, even if packaged or sold with the “IWMS” product. Non-”IWMS” manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide a separate warranty for their own products packaged with the “IWMS” product.

Electrical batteries, charging devices, or other such support products that are distributed by International Water Management Systems, LLC under the “IWMS” brand name or any other brand name are not covered under this Limited Warranty. Refer to the International Water Management Systems, LLC License Agreement for more information.

Who the warranty protects:

This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser.

What the warranty does not cover:

1. Any product on which the “IWMS” serial number or seal has been defaced, modified or removed.
2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any of the following:
a. Accident, misuse, intentional abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
b. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by “IWMS”.
c. Any damage of the product due to shipment or storage once the product has left the immediate possession of “IWMS”.
d. Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
e. Use of supplies or parts not meeting the specifications of “IWMS”.
f. Normal wear and tear.
g. Failure of owner to perform periodic product maintenance as stated in User Guide, such as failure to perform periodic cleaning of user-cleanable filters.
h. Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
i. Removal, installation, and set-up service charges.

This warranty does not apply to (a) non-”IWMS” products; or (b) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than “IWMS”; or (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of “IWMS”; or (d) if any “IWMS” serial number or seal has been removed or defaced.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. International Water Management Systems, LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF International Water Management Systems, LLC CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. No International Water Management Systems, LLC reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, International Water Management Systems, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. FOR CONSUMERS WHO HAVE THE BENEFIT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN THEIR STATE OR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, THEIR STATE OR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

TO THE EXTENT THAT LIABILITY UNDER SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS MAY BE LIMITED, International Water Management Systems, LLC’s LIABILITY IS LIMITED, AT ITS SOLE OPTION TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT OR SUPPLY OF APPROPRIATE REPAIR SERVICE.

Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC ofrece una garantía por todos los productos fabricados por ellos, limitados a los terminos puestos hacia bajo:

Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC (“IWMS”) garantiza los productos fabricados por ellos contra defectos en los materials y mano de obra por el período de un (1) año desde la fecha original de la compra (“Periodo de Garantía”).
Si un defecto se presenta y una reclama valida es resibida por Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC entre el Periodo de Garantía, a su opción, “IWMS” hara (1) reparara el producto si cargos al cliente, usando nuevas ó adornar de nuevas partes, ó (2) cambiar el porducto por uno nuevo ó que á sido fabricado de partes nuevas ó serviciales y por lo menos que funciónen al nivel del producto original, ó (3) reembolsar al precio comprado del producto.

Si un defecto se presenta y una reclama valida es resibida por “IWMS” despues del los primeros siento-ochenta (180) dias de el Periodo de Garantía, manejo y envío sera cargo del cliente por cualquier reparo ó cambio que se haga por medio de Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC.

Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC garantiza todos los productos reemplazantes ó partes bajo esta Garantía encontra de defectos en materiales y la mano de obra desde la fecha de reemplazo ó reparar por noventa dias ó por el duradero restante original de la Garantía del producto, cualquier que sea mas duradero durante el cubrimiento. Cuando una parte del producto ó el producto es cambiado, la parte cambiado es la propiedad de Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC y la parte nueva del producto es propiedad del dueño. Cuando un reembolso es dado, su producto se convierte en la propiedad de Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC.

EXCLUSIÓNES Y LIMITACIÓNES
Esta Garantía Limitada aplica solamente a los productos fabricados por ó para Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC que puedan ser identificados por la marca de fabrica de “IWMS”, nombre de marca, ó una abreviatura fija en el producto. Esta Garantía Limitada no aplica a productos de fereteria que no sean “IWMS”, aunque esten enpaquetados por ó vendidos con productos de “IWMS”. Fabricadores, publicadores, ó proveedores que no sean parte de “IWMS” pueden provenierles una Garantía separada para los productos que ellos frabriquen con el producto “IWMS”.

Pilas electricas, maquinaria para cargar, ó otros productos mantenidos que son distribuidos por Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC bajo la marca de”IWMS” ó otra marca no son cubridos bajo esta Garantía Limitada. Refierase a la Licencia de Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC de acuerdo para mas informacion.

Aquien protege la garantia:

Esta garantia es valida solo para la primera compra del consumidor.

1. Cualquier producto de “IWMS” que no tenga el numero de serie ó el sello asido desfigurado, modificado ó removido.
2. Daño, deterioración, ó funcionamiento defectuoso resultando del lo siguiente:
a. Accidente, mal uso, abuso intecional, negligencia, incendio, agua, relampago, ó otras causas de la naturaleza, modificación al producto no autorizada, ó falta de seguir las instrucciónes del producto.
b. Reparo ó intente de reparar por alguien que no esta autorizado por “IWMS”.
c. Qualquier daño al producto causado por el envío ó almacenaje al tiempo que deje la posesión imediata de “IWMS”.
d. Causas exteriores del producto, comó fluctuación del poder de energía ó falla.
e. Mal uso de partes ó productos que no califiquén las especificaciónes de “IWMS”.
f. Uso normal.
g. Falta del dueño por no hacer el mantenimiento del producto periodicamente comó dicho en el guia del usuario, por ejemplo no limpiar periodicamente el filtro usuario-limpiable.
h. Alguna otra causa que no este relacionada con el producto defectuoso.
i. Removimiento, instalación, y cargos por el servicio de montaje.

Esta garantia no aplica a (a) productos que no son “IWMS”; ó (b) daño causado por alguien que no sea “IWMS”; ó (c) un producto ó parte que sea modificado sin el permiso de “IWMS”; ó (d) si el sello ó numero de serie á sido removido ó desfigurado.

A LA MAXIMA EXTENSIÓN QUE PERMITE LA LEY, ESTA GARANTIA Y REMEDIOS PUESTOS ARRIBA SON EXLUSIVOS Y EN LUGAR DE TODA OTRAS GARANTIAS, REMEDIOS Y CONDICIÓNES, EN TODO CASO ORAL Ó ESCRITO, EXPRESADO Ó IMPLÍCITO. Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC ESPECÍFICAMENTE RECHAZA CUALQUIER Y TODA GARANTIA IMPLÍCADA, INCLUSIVO, SIN LIMITACION, GARANTIAS CONMERCIABLES Y CONVENECIA A UN PARTICULAR PROPOSITO. SI Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC NO PUEDE LEGALMENTE NEGAR Ó EXCLUIR GARANTIAS IMPLÍICADAS BAJO LA LEY APLICABLE, ENTONSCES A LA EXTENSIÓN POSIBLE DE TODA RECLAMA BAJO TAL IMPLÍCADAS GARANTIAS SE VENCERAN EN EL DIA DE CADUCACIÓN EN EL DIA DE PEDIODO DE GARANTIA. Vendedors de segunda, Agente, ó empleados de Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC no estan autorizados para hacer niguna modificacíon, extension, ó adición á esta garantia.

A LA MAXIMA ESTENSIÓN QUE PERMITE LA LEY, Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC NO ES RESPONSIBLE POR DERECTO,ESPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, Ó DAÑOS CONSIGUIENTES RESULTADO POR CUALQUIER BRECHA DE GARANTIA Ó CUALQUIER OTRA TEORÍA LEGAL.

PARA LOS CONSUMIDORES QUIENE TIENEN EL BENEFICIO DE LA LEY DEL CONSUMIDOR Ó REGULACIÓNES EN SU ESTADO Ó PAIS DE COMPRA Ó SI DIFERENTE, SU ESTADO Ó PAIS DE RESIDENCIA, LOS BENEFISIOS SON CONSULTADOS POR ESTA GARANTIA SON EN ADICÍON A TODOS LOS DERECHOS Y REMEDIOS CONVERTIDOS POR TAL LEY DE PROTECCÍON DEL CONSUMIDOR Y REGULACIONES QUE PUEDAN SER LIMITADAS, EL RIESGO DE Sistemas Internacional de Manego de Agua, LLC ES LIMITADO Y SU SOLA OPCIÓN PARA REEMPLAZAR Ó REPARAR UN PRODUCTO Ó DAR UN SERVICIO APROPIADO DE REPARACION.
